Our Story

We are a creative guild of designers, artists and marketing strategists, together we build timeless brands people are loyal to and marketing that drives authentic, lasting growth, then train you and hand you everything you need to run it yourself. No dependency, no lock-ins. Led by Sunny Blevins and Gemma Harland who, collectively, have over 24 years in the creative industry.

Aory was born out of a desire to do things differently. After years working both in-house and in agencies, Sunny and Gemma longed to carve out a space where strategic thinking takes centre stage, human craftsmanship is valued, and clients are treated like partners not accounts.

Designers and marketers are not supposed to get along. Sunny and Gemma missed that memo. Great friends and even better collaborators, they set out to create not an agency but a guild where craft and strategy work as one, where unforgettable brands are forged and clients leave empowered. That ethos extends to every specialist in the collective. Respected, credited, and treated fairly for their craft.

  • All that artistry and strategy gets translated into visual systems, brand kits, libraries, and templates that are easy to use, fast and built to scale with you. We work in tools you already know, like Squarespace, Canva or Mailchimp, and offer training so you feel fully confident using them.
